I met Attieh Fard at the Clacton by-election hustings at Clacton Town Hall on Thursday 6 August 2026.
I found Attieh to be very genuine and respectful.
The hustings gave me an opportunity to meet and listen to candidates with very different backgrounds and political views. My comments here are simply my personal impression from meeting Attieh and hearing her take part in the evening.
