Why Vote For Martyn

Clacton deserves an MP that will be be available to the people and who will focus on local issues and solutions.

Martyn will hold weekly surgeries to meet local people, businesses and organisations. Listening to everyone in Clacton will enable him to represent your views and work on solutions.

There will be a new contact form and polls made available on this website so that he is easily contactable and you can share issues and vote on what needs to be prioritised.

Martyns family have lived in Clacton for almost 20 years. His great nieces and nephews go to School locally, his nephew runs a small business in the area.

Now that we have met many of the candidates, we understand that some have no connection to Clacton at all. So we do wonder, why they are standing in Clacton.

One candidate has travelled from Scotland and has stood in multiple elections. Others came from London and Birmingham and had no family in the area.

Vote Martyn and get an MP that cares.

I gave up on politics as it has become a collection of celebrities and self-centred politicians that say anything to get into power and then fail or refuse to honour their pledges and promises. They don’t seem to care, or even understand what the real issues are.

Instead of complaining, I am running to be an MP and I think more independent and normal candidates should stand all across the UK.
